About Courtney Anderson

My Journey into the World of Law

I received my undergraduate degree in pre-law from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 2013. While attending SIU, I interned at the Jackson County Public Defender’s Office, where I learned how to defend felony cases for people accused of crimes ranging from theft to first-degree murder. I then attended the John Marshall Law School (now called the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) in Chicago.

I graduated from law school and became a lawyer at a law firm in Chicago. There, I worked in the personal injury department and was able to help my clients obtain more than $12 million in compensation. I am now positioned to serve clients throughout Illinois.

Courtney Anderson Attorney at Law - Headshot

I’m deeply honored to have been named a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers in both civil litigation and criminal justice, an accolade awarded exclusively to a distinguished group of trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and presence in the legal community.

Furthermore, my commitment to providing top-tier legal representation has been acknowledged by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA), which has name me a national Top 10 Under 40 attorney for personal injury law. These honors are not just personal triumphs but are reflective of my dedication to upholding the highest standards of legal practice. They fuel my ongoing passion for legal excellence, and I am grateful for the continued opportunity to advocate for justice with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
