About Courtney Anderson

My Journey into the World of Law

I received my undergraduate degree in pre-law from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 2013. While attending SIU, I interned at the Jackson County Public Defender’s Office, where I learned how to defend felony cases for people accused of crimes ranging from theft to first-degree murder. I then attended the John Marshall Law School (now called the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) in Chicago.

I graduated from law school and became a lawyer at a law firm in Chicago. There, I worked in the personal injury department and was able to help my clients obtain more than $12 million in compensation. I am now positioned to serve clients throughout Illinois.
